Simple Button Card

This is a fun and simple card.  I used some leaves from an Angel Company set called "Love Blooms".  The buttons are from Making Memories Elizabeth Blossoms and Blooms.  I love the square ones.
The buttons are attached with white thread.  The ribbon is from Michael's.  I used cardstock from PaperTrey Ink, white.
